Over the course of my life there have been moments when I went through hard times.
What I can say that has given my power to think, believe and act on a higher level is with positive affirmations. To change my mood, to elevate my thinking, to be happier in the moment is with words.
So I wanted to share with you a list of 85 positive affirmations that I have collected through books, tapes, movies, mentors, podcasts, etc. Please read them, copy and paste them on a document for yourself and especially others.
I will let you in on a little secret as well. I used to have all of these memorized.
